Privacy notice

Who we are

PEA is operated by Lumina Spark, a sole proprietorship in Japan. This notice covers the English early-access list and the English pages of this site. The PEA service itself is currently offered in Japanese and is covered by our privacy policy (Japanese).

What we collect for early access

• Your email address
• The use you selected (for example, screenshots in a dispute)
• The date you signed up

To stop automated sign-ups, we also keep a sign-up counter keyed by a one-way hash of your network address. We don't store the address itself.

How we use it

We use your email only to tell you when the English version of PEA opens, and the use you selected only to decide what to build first. We don't sell or share it for advertising. We delete the list 12 months after the English version opens, or sooner if you ask.

Where it is stored

The list is stored in Google Cloud Firestore (Google LLC, United States). The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States).

Analytics

To understand how the site is used, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which use cookies and send the pages you visit, the time, and your device and browser type to Google. We never send images, analysis results or your email address. You can block these cookies in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. We don't use advertising trackers.

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to leave the list, email us at contact@luminasparkdesign.com. We'll reply as soon as we can after confirming the request comes from you.
